Pokemon: The Last of Us

Sparky shook his head, but he smiled none the less.

"Anyways..." Kenny said, switching the subject.

"Mm?"

"I guess I'm next." Ashley stated.

"Go for it."

"Well, I was born a royal to my clan. Someone to become leader one day. But that was the day tragedy struck and my people were killed or infected. I vowed that I would not return as queen until I did my duty."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"Yeah.." Thunder said.

"It's fine."

"You sure?"

"Yes, thank you though."

"No problem."

"So what now?" Kenny asked.

"Now would be a good time to rest up. There's no telling what might happen. Besides, it's already too late to move," Sparky said.

The three Pokemon nodded in agreement.

"Darkness proves cover for us, but it's also bad for us as well. The safest thing we can do is wait until day."

"Sounds about right," Ashley stated.

Sparky nodded.

With that, they laid down and instantly fell asleep.

Thunder and Sparky smiled, watching before they too went to sleep.

The night was surprisingly a calm and quiet one. All of the Pokemon were able to sleep peacefully for once.

The next day, Sparky was the first one up and about. He looked around to make sure that no one was out that might wanted to do them harm, or whatever else. You never could be too careful in a time like this.

Ashley was also up, being very quiet.

The Raichu looked over at her and smile softly. "Up already?"

The Mudkip smiled as she answered, "Yeah. Used to being up early."

"I see. Would you like anything to eat?"
