The Adventure of a Life Time

"Same to you!" Ash stated, smiling.

The Raichu nodded at this.

"It is nice to meet you." Pikachu said.

"It's nice to meet you as well," Sparky said. He sighed and crossed his front paws. "Somehow I knew this would happen something. It's not a bad thing. But somehow I knew you'd end up bring some sort of human here. And if one is here, then you trust him then."

"Uh-huh. He's nice. He won't hurt anyone."

The Raichu looked up at Ash. "Is this true?"

"I'll swear on my father's grave." Ash told the Pikachu.

'If he had one,' he thought but didn't add.

Sparky stared at him, as if seeing if he was lying or not. After a moment, he nodded.

"Alright."

"So we can stay?" Pikachu asked.

"It's not up to me," Sparky said. "Stone's the one in charge around here."

"And he shouldn't be," Thunder muttered. "He's a bully..."

"Why would he be leader then?" Pikachu asked.

"Because he's the biggest, toughest, Raichu in the village. Plus, he bullies all the other Pichu and Pikachu so they'd be scared of him and not fight him. He wants all the Pikachu to suffer. Every last one to. Big brother would make a better leader than Stone any day!"

The red-furred Raichu blinked at this, rubbing the back of his head with a paw. "My goal is to watch out for you, and make sure you're safe, Thunder."

The orange-and-yellow-lightning bolt-furred Pikachu crossed his front paws. "But Stone's not making the village any safer. He's make it worse, big brother!"

"Maybe one day," Sparky told him. "But not now."

"But.."

"Maybe we can help?" Ash offered.

"You'd really offer to help us? But you barely even know us.."

"Doesn't matter!" Ash stated.

"Yeah, we'd like to help!" Pikachu added.

Thunder smiled. "Thanks!"

"Sure thing!" Ash replied.

Thunder and Sparky smiled.

"Where do we start?" Pikachu asked.

"Now?"

"I think we should tell the others about them first," Sparky said. "Having a Pikachu and human out of nowhere would be quite surprising."

"That would be a good idea." Ash stated.

Sparky and Thunder nodded, before they went and gathered all the other Electric-types together and explained to them what was going on.

Ash and Pikachu waited patiently.

"Come on over guys!" Thunder asked.

Ash and Pikachu came over, looking at them.

One of the Pichu went over and looked up at them.

Ash and Pikachu both smiled at the cute Electric type.
