Lily and Thunder watched her go before they headed off too.

After a few days, June was flying on the back of her Pidgeot, heading towards Lumiose City. She had received a phone call from Bonnie that Clemont, her older brother and the gym leader - was missing.

Lily frowned at this, since she hadn't gotten to take on the gym with said gym leader gone. Thunder said that they should go and look for the leader of the gym and the other boy that had gone missing. And so the two did.

As Pidgeot landed, June got off her Normal/Flying type and headed towards the gym on her roller skates.

"Isn't that June?" Thunder asked, pointing to the other human that was heading towards them.

"Oh yeah, it is!" Lily said, before waving her hands up into the air. "Hey, June!"

June looked up as she skid to a stop.

"Hey Lily! Hi Thunder!" She greeted, still on her roller skates so she was slightly taller than Lily at the moment.

"Hi," the other trainer greeted.

"Hello!" the Pikachu added.

"Are you here to find out what happened?" Lily asked.

"Yes." June answered, "Bonnie asked me to come and check on things."

"We know a little bit of what's going on."

"The same goes with me." June responded. "Let's go to the gym and talk to Bonnie."

"Alright."

With that, the two of them went to the Lumiose City gym, which was Prism Tower.

There was cops all over the place, all trying to get some sort of led as to what had happened.

Bonnie, who was in tears, was trying to answer all of the cops questions the best she could.

"L-listen," Bonnie cried, "I don't know what happened. One moment, we were getting ready to polish his Magnezone and the next minute, he was gone!"

"Can you tell us how?"

"W-well, brother and I were heading to where the Pokemon train when he said he forgot something in his room. When I went there a few minutes after he didn't return, he was gone!" Bonnie explained, her lips trembling.

"Alright, calm down. We'll find him."

At that moment, June came in with Lily as June looked like she would take on anyone to protect Bonnie.

"Bonnie!" June cried out, worried about the little girl.

"June!" Bonnie cheered, as she hugged the older girl's legs.

Lily looked at the smaller girl and blinked a few times at this, wondering who she was.

"Who's that, June?" Bonnie asked, referring to Lily.

"This is Lily, my new friend." June answered, "Lily, this is Bonnie, Clemont's little sister. Clemont is the gym leader here."

"Was." Bonnie added, sadly.

"Hey, don't worry. We'll find your big brother!"

Thunder nodded. "Yeah!"

"T-thank you," Bonnie hiccuped.

"In the meantime, who will be gym leader?" June asked Bonnie.

Bonnie looked at June, her eyes filled with hope.

"How about you?" She asked.

"M-me?" June answered, surprised.

"Bonnie's too young to be gym leader."

"Pwease June?" Bonnie pouted, cutely.

June sweat dropped at this. That got her every signal time.

"Fine, I'll do it." June finally said.

Lily and Thunder smiled.
